The Pros:Call quality is perfect, no crackle or static at all. Adjustable backlit buttons, easy to see in the dark. Can check vmail on speaker, send calls to vmail, call forwarding - nice range of features.
The Cons:Setup is occasionally tricky, firmware needs upgrade and sometimes there are firewall conflicts. Your caller ID when making an outbound call shows up as Ooma Inc. or Private Caller. Device takes awhile to even notice when there's an Internet outage.
