The Cons:Hot key interface isn't consistent, active area tends to expand. Flick functions tend to stop working after awhile and then kick back in - driver is inconsistent.

The Genius EasyPen i405 is a medium-sized, entry-level USB drawing tablet with a 5.5” x 4” drawing area. Compatible with both Macintosh and PC computers, the i405 offers 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, and tracks at 2540 lines per inch.

Plus the movement is approximately 100 points per second. Like Wacom tablets, the Genius EasyPen offers unlimited USB power for the tablet. However, unlike its competitor, it is limited by single-AAA battery power for the pen. What critics do hail about the i405 though is its economical price, along with its myriad of features—28 programmable function buttons, the ability to play non-action games, the ability to fine edit digital photos, and the ability to even write handwritten digital notes. However, note that a separately purchased graphics software package is required for taking full advantage of the device.
