Where to Buy

To your computer there is no difference from a regular USB hub other than the reduced clutter of cables in your work space. Despite the fact that wireless USB hubs are designed to move components such as external hard drives and printers away from your desk, Belkin opted for more stylish design in the hub's casing.

Each of the four ports on the hub supports both USB1.1 and USB2.0 specifications and their recommended speeds. It's unknown whether this hub runs on the Ultra-Wideband (UWB) spectrum which ensures the wireless signal does not interfere with other wireless networks such as your home network or cordless phones.

D-Link's DUB-2240 is another wireless hub that is less attractive, similarly priced and runs on UWB.
